Your Right to Delete
Under GDPR (Article 17), CCPA, COPPA, and Google Play's User Data policy, you have the right to request permanent deletion of your personal data from all ByteX Studio systems. This right applies to:
- Your account and profile information
- In-app content you have created or uploaded
- Usage history, preferences, and saved data
- Any communications you have sent us (support tickets, emails)
- Data held by our third-party service providers on our behalf (Firebase, AWS)
What Gets Deleted

How to Request Deletion
You have three options:
- Use the form above — fastest and most direct method
- Email us at mahmudalam.au@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request"
- In-app deletion: Most ByteX Studio apps include a "Delete Account" option under Settings → Account → Delete Account
Timeline
- Acknowledgement: We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
- Identity verification: We may ask you to verify your identity (e.g. confirm your registered email) to protect against fraudulent deletion requests
- Completion: All requested data will be deleted or anonymised within 30 days of verification
- Confirmation: We will send you a written confirmation once deletion is complete
Children's Data Deletion
If you are a parent or guardian requesting deletion of your child's data:
- Select "Delete my child's data (COPPA request)" in the form above
- Include the child's username or registered email (if any), and the app name
- We will delete all data and send confirmation to your (parent's) email address
Data We Must Retain
Certain data must be retained despite a deletion request, due to legal obligations:
- Financial records: Transaction history must be retained for 7 years under tax and accounting laws
- Legal claims: If there is an active legal dispute involving your account, relevant data may be retained until resolution
- Fraud prevention: Anonymised records of fraudulent activity may be retained to protect other users
We will inform you of any data we are legally required to retain when processing your deletion request.
